At Dollarstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if not, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that certain clearance items and perishables may be final sale.

Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
